Affiliated Adjusters, Inc. has the ability to take first loss reports and/or claims assignments several different ways. The method of assigning claims for handling from the insurance company or self-insured to an Affiliate is based solely upon the preference of the client company.

AAI currently processes claims reported or assigned as follows:

1. Telephone notice to our Secretary Michael Hale at (800) 221-1236,
2. Fax loss notice/assignment to (714) 731-4605 , or
3. Telephone, fax or e-mail directly to the local Affiliate to the numbers and addresses shown in the Members Directories on this web site.
